Sandy Shepherd is an independent real estate agent
who specializes in helping clients achieve their goals in finding their dream
home. Sandy earned her real estate license in 2006; thereafter, joined the
esteem real estate team of Keller Williams Realty in their Boca Raton office.
Sandy is astute in understanding market trends and became a Certified Distress
Property Expert in 2007.
Sandy is currently the Chairperson for the Keller Williams Social Committee
coordinating and scheduling the awesome social events and programs offered to
its agents. She is a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council and
was awarded the Keller Williams Culture Award which is an esteem privilege an
agent can receive.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Sandy worked for 15 years at Wachovia
Bank in their Wealth Management department acting as their liaison between
departments for clients. For the past 20 years, she has been a member of the
Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
Sandy is a Florida native and lives in Boca Raton. She has three daughters,
Monique, Tina, Shantel and a granddaughter, Alexis.

Mary Kenyon was born and raised in Maryland where she began her Real Estate
Career in 1985. After relocating to Florida in 1996, she worked in the insurance
industry until 2003 when she re-entered the real estate field. Mary is
associated with Keller Williams Realty in Boca Raton specializing in Residential
Real Estate and Distressed Property Sales. She especially gets much
gratification when working with first time home buyers.
As a member of The Greater Palm Beach Chapter she served on the Membership
Committee, 2008 VP of Membership and the 2007 and 2008 Sponsorship Committee for
the District III Annual Forum. She also is serving on the 2009 WCR State
Education Committee and the 2009 RAPB RPAC Committee. Mary was honored with the
Greater Palm Beach Chapter 2007 Humanitarian of the Year Award. With so many
greater chapter members that do wonderful community work, she was especially
proud to have received this award.
Mary’s community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, Food for Families
and she is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairwomen of the Women’s Advocacy Group to
Benefit The Haven which is a boy’s foster home in Boca Raton. She also serves as
an Ambassador for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
Mary believes that education is an important aspect of her professional career.
She currently holds her SRES and CDPE designation and is awaiting the Affordable
Housing Designation. She is completing course work towards her GRI and the
Women’s Council of REALTORS® PMN
Designation.
Mary lives with her husband, Alex and daughter, Julie in Boca Raton. She has two
older children, Jennifer and Michael, that have left the nest. In her spare time
Mary enjoys fulfilling her passion for cooking and entertaining. |
